Listen to how these children, for the first time in their lives, have begun to speak and sing exactly like their grandmothers did when they were little. Isn’t that a miracle?
Their children’s folk group “Kalynyata” closed a month ago due to the lack of funding; it was the last one in the Cherkasy region that, until very recently, was still teaching children our folklore. Support these wonderful children; they want to save the language and culture of their grandmothers.
